Hi - T's Fudge

Hi -T's Fudge is specialised in fudges and they make delicious flavoured ones in their Devon 's kitchen in Tavistock. Flavours include cranberry and white chocolate, apple and cinnamon, honey the winner of the taste Gold award in 2008, chilli bringing home the taste gold award in 2012. The fudges made by Hi-T's Fudge are palm oil free as well and they are made using traditional methods like that one of setting them  on stone trays so they cool quickly giving that creamy consistency that is the core of a great fudge.

I was blown away by the lavender flavoured fudge, it was absolutely fantastic leaving that flowery after taste that I really love, one of my favourite fragrances is lavender and I always lit up a lavender candle or lavender oil diffusers. you can imagine how I loved this fudge. Needless to say that this flavour won the Gold award in 2009 and I'm not surprised.

The new product from the Hi-T's Fudge range is this scrumptious fudge sauce that i would finish off in no time at all. Just imagine a trickle of this deliciousness on top of ice cream or Christmas pudding, over a fruit salad or for a cake.
