Art of Mallow Gourmet Marshmallows
I love marshmallow, I had since when I was very little. In Italy they weren't very popular and only a handful of specialised shops were selling this fluffy, sweet, delicious treat. I was calling them " cotton wool" because they looked like exactly like those cotton wools that we use on our faces and for their soft consistency. I could eat a whole bag in one go, and still do. I came across Art of Mallow at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair. Needless to say that I was hooked on their flavours and cool packaging.
Made in Yorkshire by lovely Philippa using the best ingredients and coming up with the most amazing flavours, I could not resist from tasting the delicious Raspberry Ripple, winner of the 2013 Great Taste Gold Star. Light, fluffy and not powdery at all as the industrial marshmallow are. Next to it the also scrumptious Mango Passion Fruity.
The Irish Cream Art of Mallow is a limited edition flavour. The bags are nice and essential, with child style doodles matching the flavour of the marshmallow. Each bag contains 6 of them and they can be bought nationwide for a RRP of £ 3.00. With this price if you know a marshmallow lover it would be a splendid idea to buy a selection of them when invited over for dinner.
Irresistible Strawberry and Cream marshmallows made with real strawberries, no nasty artificial flavours. At Art of Mallow it is possible to order favours bags to use them as place cards during a party or for other events. Other flavours in the Art of Mallow catalogue are equally fantastic, like the Chocs Away Old Chip with belgian chocolate chips, How Very Vanilla with the best vanilla from Madagascar, A Pinch of Salted Caramellow made with caramel and a light salted caramel sauce and Utterly Coconutty which is the vanilla marshmallow rolled in toasted coconut. Among the limited edition there is the Totally Minted Choc Chip.
The Lemon Meringue Otan has won the 2014 Great Taste Gold Star and it is not difficult to understand why. All of Art of Mallow gourmet marshmallows melt in the mouth, leaving a delicious after taste. Check online to find out your nearest stockist and to order online at www.artofmallow.co.uk
