Events: A Fish Supper for Charity

I think it is a great idea, to host a fish themed meal for your friends and family to help the RNLI, namely the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. It will be this week end from the 13th to the 15th of October, so plenty of time to find some delicious recipes, to do the shopping and invite your nearest and dearest for a fund raising Fish Supper lunch or dinner and present them with your best fish recipes. It could be anything from a fish pie to that dish you had while on holiday. A very quick recipe could be the one I've taken a picture of the final result. Salmon fillet and courgettes.
I've baked the Salmon while I've sliced  a Courgette with a potato peeler. You can use the spiraliser as well if you like and you've got it. Let's say a courgette per person. Then I've cooked them in a wok with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and some Chilli Flakes until they were soft and well seasoned. Nice and quick and delicious to eat. For more ideas, to ask for a fund raising pack and also, if you don't feel you want to cook or you can't cook, on the RNLI website there is a list of restaurants that support this event. Among others the Nicholson's Pub chain, which I am sure is on every corner of every town in UK and Northern Ireland. RNLI.org/FishSupper
